Asparagus and Crab Meat Soup
Ingredients
- 1250 grams Chicken Stock
- 300 grams Asparagus
- 165 grams Crab Meat
- 5 grams Ve Tsin (MSG)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 150 grams Corn flour
- 3 Eggs
- 5 grams Til Oil (Sesame Oil)
Instructions
- Make the stock and boil it. Add the asparagus and crab meat.
- Flavor with the Ve Tsin, salt and pepper.
- Mix the cornflour in water and add.
- Add the egg to the soup very slowly and stirring in well.
- Add the til oil to the soup just before serving.
