Asparagus and Crab Meat Soup

Ingredients

  • 1250 grams Chicken Stock
  • 300 grams Asparagus
  • 165 grams Crab Meat
  • 5 grams Ve Tsin (MSG)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 150 grams Corn flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 grams Til Oil (Sesame Oil)

Instructions

  • Make the stock and boil it. Add the asparagus and crab meat.
  • Flavor with the Ve Tsin, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the cornflour in water and add.
  • Add the egg to the soup very slowly and stirring in well.
  • Add the til oil to the soup just before serving.
