Instructions
Make the stock and boil it. Add the asparagus and crab meat.
Flavor with the Ve Tsin, salt and pepper.
Mix the cornflour in water and add.
Add the egg to the soup very slowly and stirring in well.
Add the til oil to the soup just before serving.
