Instructions
Heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds until the splutter.
add the red chili, turmeric, potatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and hing waster and cook for 5 minutes.
Add yogurt and simmer until gravy is creamy.
Add the two salts and stir.
Serve
Sprinkle with ground cumin, ground ginger, and coriander leaves.
